Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks assisting in financial reporting and s upport internal and external audit processes . This role requires strong organizational skills accuracy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions including sales quotations purchases and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts(including payment gateway reconciliation).
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards taxation (GST TDS) and company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in full-stack web development a deep understanding of coding best practices and the ability to mentor junior developers. Experience with Shopify Wordpress and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities : Design develop and maintain responsive and high-performance websites. Write clean efficient and maintainable code in HTML CSS Java and backend technologies. Ensure websites are optimized for all devices and major web browsers. Collaborate closely with the design team to translate UI / UX designs into functional web components. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently. Work with marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented for driving traffic and conversions. Provide ongoing technical support to clients and handle inquiries related to website performance and functionality. Implement security protocols to protect client and company data from potential threats. Stay current with the latest web development trends frameworks and technologies to continually enhance project outcomes.
