Job Overview :
Frankfinn is seeking Sales Associates to promote and sell their aviation courses. This role involves outbound sales calls, lead generation, and converting potential customers into enrolled students for their aviation programs.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to students to promote Frankfinn's aviation and hospitality courses.
- Understand student interests and needs through effective communication.
- Brief students about various courses offered by Frankfinn and their potential career benefits.
- Invite students to attend free career counseling sessions at our institutes.
- Follow up with students in a timely manner to discuss their interests and address any concerns.
- Generate leads and contribute to achieving team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admissions process
Requirements :
0-5 years experience in Outbound Telecalling, Tele-Sales, or Lead GenerationEducation : Minimum 12th pass (Graduate or Undergraduate)Age range : 18-30 yearsGender : Male or FemaleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)Strong persuasion and convincing skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamTarget-oriented with a positive attitudeComposition & Benefits :
