Lead Software Testing Engineer - Quality Assurance

Drive the quality assurance and testing efforts for payment solutions by designing, developing, and implementing robust automation and manual test strategies. Leverage deep expertise in API, UI, and protocol testing to ensure delivery of reliable and scalable software within the Payments Domain.

What Part Will You Play?

• Lead the design, development, and execution of automated and manual test cases for payment applications and services.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive quality coverage across all projects.
• Perform API testing, host protocol testing (ISO 8583, Base64, etc.), and database validations.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks using Java / Python, JUnit, and Selenium.
• Mentor junior QA and SDET team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify potential risks.
