Sr. Executive – HR Solutions (US Hiring)

Execute end-to-end recruitment for US clients in the Healthcare and Pharma sectors.

About the Role

Source and screen candidates for roles including doctors, nurses, and sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ATS platforms and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder) for effective candidate tracking and outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts in collaboration with US-based hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide weekly hiring reports and analytics to leadership.
• Ensuring all internal processes and systems such as Document Checklist, Activity List, TAT, SOP etc.
• Help division in improving efficiency and profitability of clients.
• Protect confidential details of clients, and follow guidelines of ISO / IEC : 27001 / SOC 2 compliance.
