Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across - Google, Meta, and Amazon PPC
- Analyze and optimize performance for ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, and LTV
- Manage product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Amazon Catalog)
- Segment and retarget audiences across all platforms using pixels and customer files
- Regularly report performance, test results, and recommendations
- Stay up to date on platform trends, attribution shifts, and privacy updates (GA4, iOS14+, etc.)
Requirements :
7 - 8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience for DTC or e-commerce brandsGoogle Ads :Proficient in structuring campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max , with a strong understanding of keyword research , negative keyword strategy , and audience signalsExperience managing product feeds through Google Merchant Center , ensuring product data quality and approvalSkilled in optimizing Quality Score , ad extensions , and conversion tracking via GA4Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) :Deep knowledge of audience targeting , including lookalikes, interest-based, and retargeting strategiesAbility to test and scale UGC content, static creatives, and videos through Dynamic Creative AdsExperience using Meta Events Manager , Pixel setup , and Aggregated Event Measurement for accurate attributionAmazon Ads (PPC)Proven experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands , and Display campaignsSkilled in keyword and ASIN targeting , match types , and campaign segmentationAbility to balance between profitability (ACoS control) and ranking strategy , and understand how PPC contributes to organic liftStrong analytical skills — confident using tools like Google Analytics / GA4 , Shopify reports , Meta dashboards , and Excel or Looker Studio for campaign reportingAbility to work cross-functionally and turn data into actionSelf-starter with attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively across creative and brand teamsWhy Join Ardur Shoes?
