We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid digital campaigns across a variety of platforms. This role is central to driving measurable growth and optimizing return on investment (ROI) through data-driven strategies and high-performing ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, Bing, and programmatic platforms.
- Define and track clear KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Plan audience-specific campaigns across the funnel to maximize reach, relevance, and efficiency.
2. Paid Media Management
Oversee budget allocation and ensure spending aligns with performance targets and campaign goals.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive benchmarking to guide strategy.Launch and optimize retargeting and dynamic remarketing campaigns to improve conversions.3. Analytics & Optimization
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.Evaluate and report on metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.Run A / B tests on creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve performance.4. Customer Funnel Optimization
Map and analyze the customer journey to identify and address drop-offs and friction points.Implement strategies to boost conversion rates throughout the funnel, from awareness to purchase.5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure creative alignment with marketing objectives.Manage external partnerships with platforms and networks to boost campaign effectiveness.6. Reporting & Strategic Insights
Deliver regular, data-rich reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Use insights to inform long-term marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.7. Market & Audience Research
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities.Refine and expand audience targeting based on insights and data.8. Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure all advertising complies with platform policies, data protection laws, and digital marketing best practices.Stay current with trends in performance marketing, ad technology, and privacy regulations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across multiple channels.Technical Skills
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data for strategic decisions.Deep understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.Experience with A / B testing, retargeting strategies, and budget management.Soft Skills
