We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead – Private Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B business growth by acquiring new corporate clients. The role focuses on engaging with decision-makers across organizations to pitch our products. This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
- Sales Revenue accountability for Pan India Private Corporate Accounts
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients by targeting top organizations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer need to suggest competitive offerings.
- Conduct presentations with decision-makers to understand their business needs and offer customized digital solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to deliver client satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with all client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Experience : 8-10 years of experience
- Qualification : BSc / BCA / MCA / B.Tech and MBA / PGDM
- Prior Experience / Background : Corporate Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
