Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurugram.
- The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations and drive revenue growth by identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving monthly sales targets, and conducting market analysis to align with the company's goals.
- Regular collaboration with internal departments and reporting on sales performance are key aspects of the Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Ability to create and implement effective Sales Strategies and achieve targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and competitor research.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
