Position : Sales Head

Industry : Real Estate / Hospitality / Luxury Homes
Experience : Minimum 2–5 years in real estate sales (second homes, vacation homes, or premium residential properties)
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of flats, villas, and resort properties targeted at second home buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and real estate channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, virtual walkthroughs, and client meetings to convert leads into bookings.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable options from our portfolio.
- Maintain active communication with potential clients through follow-ups and after-sales engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills :
Proven track record in second home / holiday home sales or premium real estate.Strong understanding of buyer psychology for second homes and investment properties.Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, presentable, and capable of working independently.Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and digital follow-up practices.Preferred Background :
Sales experience in locations like Goa, Himachal, Uttarakhand, or holiday destinations.Real estate brokerage firms, resort developers, or luxury villa sales.
