Job Description :

We are looking for an ambitious and outcome-oriented Head of Marketing to lead marketing for a new initiative, this will be focused on fresh graduates across domains. You will be responsible for building and executing the complete marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and enrollment growth for this high-impact initiative.

You'll lead cross-functional teams spanning performance marketing, content, brand, and offline to ensure new initiative becomes the go-to choice for freshers looking for job-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and own the full-funnel marketing strategy for new initiatives to scale reach and enrollments.
  • Build and lead a high-performance team across performance marketing, influencers, content, and offline execution.
  • Drive large-scale paid campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with strong ROI.
  • Build brand trust and recall among freshers and their parents across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
  • Lead vernacular marketing initiatives to improve accessibility and conversion.
  • Partner with creators, influencers, and career coaches to build credibility and generate high-quality leads.
  • Conceptualize and run offline marketing campaigns-college activations, seminars, banners, etc.-to penetrate regional markets.
  • Own marketing analytics, CAC, conversion funnels, and cost-effective scale-up.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations to align messaging, timing, and targeting for maximum impact.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, market trends, and learner 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in high-volume B2C or D2C marketing targeting youth or freshers.
  • Strong track record in digital performance marketing and lead generation at scale.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building regional / vernacular campaigns and creator partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of lower-funnel conversion metrics and CAC optimization.
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing automation, attribution, and analytics Experience in running integrated marketing campaigns across performance, brand, and influencer channels.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-scaling, metrics-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of youth behavior and aspirational Experience in EdTech, skilling, test prep, or placement-focused products.
  • Regional marketing experience across India.
  • Prior exposure to offline events, roadshows, or college activations.
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM systems.

Job Overview :

Work Location : Hyderabad (On-site)

Working Days : 6 days

Work Timing : 10 AM - 7 PM
