About the Role :
As a Trainee – Sales and Business Development , you will be part of a dynamic team that drives revenue growth and market expansion. You’ll undergo structured training and work closely with the sales and business development teams to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, sales strategy, and account management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in sales and BD training programs.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
- Shadow senior sales professionals to understand the sales cycle from start to close.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : MBA / PGDM (Marketing, Sales, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Experience : Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant internship / experience.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred).Willing to travel as per business requirements.Work Agreement :
This position comes with a Work Agreement of 1 Year and 6 Months (18 Months), effective from the date of joining.
