The Role
Job Title : Business Development Trainee
Location : Bangalore
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (1 Rotational Weekday Off)
Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM
Compensation : Up to ₹3.6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Employment Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
- Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and lead generation.
- Support the Business Development team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and calls alongside senior team members.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Analyze sales and performance metrics to help refine business development strategies.
- Help develop marketing and outreach materials to attract new business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Education industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilienceWhat's on Offer?
