Job descriptionMinimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC design for corporate interior projects Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, LEED & NBC guidelines Proficiency in design software / tools relevant to HVAC Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced project environment
We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager – HVAC Design to join our Projects team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in HVAC design for corporate interior projects and the ability to drive project execution efficiently.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptual design development and performing detailed heat load calculations
- Preparation of HVAC drawings and coordination with site teams
- Experience in designing VRV / VRF and chilled water AC systems
- Understanding and hands-on experience in firefighting systems & ELV packages
- Coordination with vendors, including technical discussions and commercial negotiations
