Designation Experience Operations Executive 1-3 years Roles and Responsibilities ï Booking appointments and coordinating with diagnostic centers and tele-doctors via email and calls ï Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues ï Managing operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes Qualifications ï Any Bachelors degree preferred. ï Previous experience in customer service healthcare or home care settings is a plus. ï Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ï Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. ï Knowledge of home care services healthcare resources is a plus. ï Proficiency in using computer systems mobile apps and scheduling software.
