With options for wireless, wired, or hybrid connectivity, OOB SmartHome ensures seamless integration for both new constructions and existing spaces. Our offerings support advanced voice control through Google Home and Amazon Alexa, delivering innovative and customized solutions for our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Telesales (B2B) representative, based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with business clients, conducting product presentations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, educating clients about smart home solutions, following up on leads, and providing ongoing customer support. The role also requires continuous learning about the company's product portfolio to effectively meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and demonstrated expertise in Sales and training related to product offerings.
  • Proficiency in handling B2B client interactions and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with smart home or IoT products and experience in the technology or automation sector will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client interactions efficiently.
