Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing support interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
Manage pre-onboarding documentation background verification and induction.
Maintain candidate and employee data through Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
HR Operations
Update and maintain HRIS and personnel files with complete accuracy.
Generate and manage HR letters (offer confirmation appraisal experience etc.).
Support payroll and attendance inputs by maintaining accurate employee data.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement initiatives surveys and day to day activities.
Address day-to-day HR-related employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in internal communications and culture-building activities.
Performance & Compliance Support
Coordinate performance review cycles and appraisal documentation.
Support compliance with statutory labour laws under the Shops & Establishments Act PF and ESI.
Prepare periodic HR reports and ensure audit-readiness for all employee records.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
12 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist.
Working knowledge of Zoho People Zoho Recruit or similar HRMS tools.
Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
