Graphic Designer

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Graphic Designer for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the team based in New Hampshire, USA.

Experience required : 4-8 years

Time : 5 : 30 pm IST - 2 : 30 am IST (Tuesday - Saturday)

CTC : 9-16 LPA

Location : Remote

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Producer and design team to ensure the timely delivery of production-ready files.
• Create internal and external graphic assets for products, brands, and advertising campaigns.
• Design graphic logos, typographic logos, and iconography for games and brand identity.
• Develop rulebook layouts, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and publishing standards.
• Create die-cut layouts and prepare print-ready files following precise printer specifications.
• Lay out assorted game components with accurate formatting, sizing, and visual consistency.
• Produce visual communication materials across sales, marketing, and digital channels.
• Consult on design-related matters and contribute creative input across projects.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and meets assigned deadlines.
