About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical understanding who has successfully managed 10–12 billable resources across 3–4 concurrent projects . The ideal candidate will be actively involved in project planning, timeline and feature estimation, proposal creation, and specification documentation , while ensuring seamless delivery for US and European clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 projects simultaneously with a combined team of 10–12 billable resources .
• Own end-to-end delivery : planning, execution, quality, and client reporting.
• Participate in requirement analysis, feature breakdown, effort estimation, and timeline planning .
• Create and review project proposals, statements of work (SOW), and technical specifications in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure timely outcomes.
• Act as the primary client contact , manage escalations, and ensure proactive communication.
• Drive risk management , milestone tracking, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight for all assigned teams and projects.
