Job description
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory, management, or IT lead role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical support team across multiple geographic locations.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in strategic management and administration of both macOS and Windows environments at scale.
  • Expert-level knowledge of JAMF and Google Workspace administration, deployment, and security best practices.
  • Extensive experience with Azure AD for user lifecycle management, identity, and access governance (IAM).
  • Strong understanding and experience with security tools like Crowdstrike, Palo Alto Networks, and implementing modern security frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing an IT operational budget.
  • Ready to manage a globally distributed team, which may require flexibility in working hours / shifts.
