Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the calendar - scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Answering phone calls taking messages and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Preparing reports and documents as needed.
- Handling confidential client information with discretion.
- Coordinating with workshop and therapy session clients and participants.
- Maintaining accurate filing both physical and electronic.
- Data entry and updating records
- Managing supplies and inventory
- Processing invoices and expense reports as required
- Coordinating office logistics including maintenance and repairs
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with various stakeholders.Ability to multi-task manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently with multiple assignments.Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Expertise in Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.Attention to Detail high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work demands.Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree with minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Back-office Executive or in a similar administrative role.Timings :
