Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Back Office Operations professional for our Ahmedabad location. The role requires full-time employment with a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will support our back office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow and contributing to our team's success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report generation, and maintaining organized data sets.
  • Experience in using SAP ERP for efficient resource planning and smooth back office operations.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain reliable records.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software to effectively manage client interactions.
  • Experience with document management systems for proper documentation and easy retrieval of records.
  • Proficient in communication software such as Slack and Zoom to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise in back office operations.
