As we scale, we're looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and grow meaningful client relationships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager with a strong B2B background in the EdTech or SaaS industry. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing institutional partnerships, driving revenue growth, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new school / institutional clients
- Identify potential leads, conduct product demos, and close high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, educators, and decision-makers.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding
- Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report regularly to leadership.
- Attend EdTech conferences, webinars, and networking events to generate opportunities.
- Ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-sale and support renewal 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly.
- Strong CRM experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
