Job Description : B2B Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth and forge corporate partnerships in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and engage corporate clients, develop B2B sales strategies, and generate leads through research and networking.
- Corporate Tie-Ups : Establish and maintain partnerships, negotiate agreements, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Sales Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis : Analyze trends, competition, and opportunities to recommend growth strategies to senior management.
- Relationship Management : Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
- Reporting : Prepare reports on sales, market performance, and partnership outcomes, using insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, including government tender management.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel as required.Location : Delhi NCR & Mumbai
