Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Lucknow. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, and resolving help desk queries. The Specialist will work closely with the IT team to ensure all system functionalities are operating effectively and efficiently.
