Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services.
- Resolve client issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.1–3 years of experience in client servicing / account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, content, SEO, PPC, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.A positive attitude with a client-first mindset.What You’ll Get
