Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Understanding Client Needs : Proactively engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, including conducting detailed meetings for major projects.
- Project Execution & Delivery : Ensure all project deadlines are met consistently and efficiently, coordinating closely with internal teams, especially designers.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough proof-checking of all inputs and deliverables to ensure accuracy and high quality.
- Strategic Contribution : Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the team, contributing fresh concept ideas and strategic insights for various brands.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Work Experience : Minimum of 7 to 8 years in client servicing, ideally within a fast-paced agency or project-driven environment.Presentation Skills : Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint Presentation , with a strong ability to create visually engaging and impactful presentations.Data Management : Excellent Excel skills for data organization, analysis, and reporting.Compensation : Salary will be as per industry standards , commensurate with experience and expertise.
