Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development person is charged with expanding Intecs Architecture / Engineering business by selling design assist / BIM / VDC services overseas.
Ideal candidate shall have a strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business in A / E industry with strong network in North America / Europe / UK / APAC with leading A / E design and Construction contracting firms.
Specific duties and responsibilities include :
- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
- Sell Intec core services of Architecture Structure MEPF design assist and BIM development services
- Collaborate with members of the Intec technical team to ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions.
- Work towards sales and revenue goals as established.
- Minimum of 12-18 years of professional work experience in B2B sales in A / E industry or relevant industry.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.
- Interest in working as part of a growing company with awareness about the opportunities and challenges that come with a highly adaptive environment.
