DevOps Architect

Cradlepoint is seeking an innovative and experienced DevOps Architect to enhance our talented team. The selected candidate will get the opportunity to deeply understand and solidify their presence in the landscape of customer business, technology, and operations.

What You Will Do : Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Design and maintain solution transition steering artifacts , such as standards, design patterns, design rules, and other critical documentation.
• Demonstrate expertise in product / solution / technology / services / platform architecture roadmaps and lead strategic initiatives.
• Develop a physical solution / system architecture with a strong emphasis on reusability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain domain architecture transition plans , guiding the evolution of our systems.
• Manage the end-to-end Agile-DevOps Lifecycle , ensuring seamless workflow from development to operations.
• Govern and approve design specifications , toolsets for Lifecycle Management, physical solutions, services, and overall design architecture.
• Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships , ensuring alignment and addressing evolving requirements.
• Communicate solution and development direction clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders / customers.
• Support development and implementation teams through end-to-end coaching, fostering DevOps maturity.
