Your Role : Find Leads :
Research and reach out to brands in fashion, hospitality, automotive, D2C, and other growing sectors. Book Meetings :
Set up calls or in-person pitches, showcasing how Neofox's creative work solves real business problems. Draft Proposals :
Create clear scopes, timelines, and budgets that work for both clients and internal teams. Close Deals :
Negotiate terms, secure signatures, and seamlessly hand projects over to our delivery team. Nurture Accounts :
Maintain relationships, upsell new services, and generate referrals from happy clients. Track Progress :
Keep simple weekly records of leads, wins, revenue, and follow-ups.
What We Are Looking For : 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within marketing, media, or creative services. Ability to explain complex creative ideas in clear, business-focused language. Comfortable working towards ambitious revenue targets and consistent daily outreach. Basic spreadsheet skills to manage your pipeline effectively. A self-starter who collaborates well with a team and takes initiative.
Pay Structure & Perks : Your income is primarily commission-driven, meaning your earning potential is uncapped! Base Salary :
6–8 LPA (based on experience) Commission : 12% on the first ₹50 L closed each quarter 15% on the next ₹50 L 20% on anything above ₹1 Cr (uncapped!) Quarterly Bonus :
