We are now hiring an on-site Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across corporate, government, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate qualified B2B leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain corporate & government partnerships.
- Manage inbound leads, craft winning proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Identify and expand into international markets (Middle East, Asia, US, etc.).
- Coordinate with the technical team to align cybersecurity offerings with client needs.
- Represent Secninjaz at summits, expos, and key stakeholder meetings.
Skills required :
4–5 years of experience in B2B business development (preferably in cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, or defense).Proven success in closing government and enterprise deals.Solid understanding of the cybersecurity industry and buyer personas (CISO, IT Heads, Procurement).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with RFPs, tenders, and government procurement.Experience using CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.Why SecNinjaz Technologies LLP?
