Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head at NetSetGo Media Pvt. Ltd., located in Gurgaon. The Business Head will oversee strategic planning, manage key client relationships, and lead the development of effective business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, optimizing advertising operations, analyzing market trends, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. The role also involves ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by tailoring services to meet unique client needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in domestic / international markets
• Proven ability in business development and strategic planning
• Expertise in mobile app advertising (CPI, CPE, CPR, CPA) and monetization
• Deep understanding of market analysis, trends, and ROI optimization
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working with DSPs, OEMs, and ad network partnerships
• Proficiency in strategy alignment with client objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Previous experience in digital advertising or app marketing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
