Key Account Manager

with 1–3 years of experience handling client relationships and operations. If you've worked in recruitment or HRTech before—or want to build a solid career in it—this role offers a front-row seat to the real action. You’ll work across companies, agencies, and interns to ensure hiring workflows stay smooth, fast, and on point.

What You’ll Do :

Manage Key Accounts : Be the go-to person for our clients—startups, companies, and recruitment agencies Coordinate Job Fulfillment : Ensure CV pipelines are built and delivered within timelines Engage Agencies : Coordinate with agency partners to push active mandates Supervise Interns : Guide interns working on sourcing, follow-ups, and onboarding Platform Enablement : Help clients and agencies get the most out of CVSYNK by ensuring proper usage and support Feedback Loop : Collect insights from users and share with internal teams to improve workflows and platform UX

What We’re Looking For :

1–3 years of

Key Account Management experience

preferably in recruitment, HRTech, SaaS, or staffing) Preferred- Not mandatory Good communication and relationship-building skills Exposure to or interest in the

recruitment lifecycle Strong coordination and multitasking ability Detail-oriented and self-driven Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and move fast
