Customer Support Executive

Job descriptionRespond to customer queries via calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with account opening, KYC issues, trading platform access, UPI transfers, margin queries, and basic troubleshooting. Escalate complex cases to senior team members or relevant departments when needed. Ensure accurate, consistent, and courteous communication. Maintain adherence to internal SLAs and compliance requirements. Provide clear guidance to customers on procedures, timelines, and documentation. Use CRM and support tools like Freshdesk, telephony systems, or email ticketing to track and manage interactions. Maintain proper records of customer conversations and resolutions. Follow defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each type of customer issue. Collaborate with fellow agents and team leaders to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in regular training on new products, regulatory changes, and trading platforms. 1- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services, banking, or brokerage firms. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MS Office, email etiquette, and CRM tools is an advantage. Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred). NISM certification is a plus.
