Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst (RCM Operations Focus) to support process improvement and automation initiatives across RCM operations. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with product and AI teams to drive automation and measurable impact.
You'll work closely with operations, technology, and US-based process owners to understand pain points, define requirements, and monitor outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze end-to-end RCM workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Partner with product and AI teams to translate operational challenges into functional requirements.
- Conduct data-driven analysis on operational performance and process metrics.
- Document current and future state workflows, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with US-based operations and client success teams to gather insights and feedback.
- Support rollout and adoption of automation features, and track their performance impact.
- Assist in training and communication for process or system enhancements.
Requirements :
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in RCM, healthcare, or SaaS environments.Strong conceptual understanding of RCM workflows (from patient registration to payment posting).Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools for data analysis and reporting.Experience creating process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation.Exposure to AI / automation projects preferred.Excellent analytical and communication skills, with comfort collaborating with US-based teams.Qualification :
Graduation in any stream.Prior experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) as a Business AnalystWhy Join Us :
