Findoc - Quantitative Trader

We are seeking an experienced Quant Trade Specialist with a strong background in high-frequency algorithmic trading. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience executing HFT strategies, generating deviation reports, analyzing trade performance, and taking full ownership of trading activities. You will work closely with the quant team, technologists, and leadership to optimize strategy execution and ensure seamless trading operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute high-frequency trading strategies with precision and vigilance.
• Monitor real-time market conditions and ensure timely execution of trades.
• Perform trade analysis, identify deviations, and generate deviation reports for performance improvement.
• Present trade insights and performance reports to management and team leaders.
• Take complete ownership of the trading cycle-from execution to reporting.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, algo developers, and risk teams to refine strategies.
• Ensure trades are executed within predefined risk parameters and compliance guidelines.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize strategy performance based on market behavior.
• Maintain high attention to detail and react swiftly to rapid market changes.
