Summary

The Senior Manager HR (Talent Management) will lead end-to-end Talent Management initiatives to strengthen organizational capability, drive employee experience, and support business growth. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategies across employee engagement, talent development, performance management, succession planning, retention, and culture-building initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong HR functional expertise, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Talent Management frameworks, including competency mapping, career pathing, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and skill-building interventions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development strategies.
