Technical Skills :

Advanced Tableau Expertise : Mastery of Tableau Desktop Tableau Prep and Tableau Server.

Data Design & Modeling : Strong background in data architecture data modeling and ETL processes.

SQL & Database Management : Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server Oracle).

Data Integration : Experience in integrating data from multiple sources into Tableau.

Performance Optimization : Ability to optimize dashboard performance for large datasets.

Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure) for data storage and analytics.

Soft Skills & Training :

Training & Mentorship : Experience in training junior analysts and mentoring team members particularly in Pune India.

Collaboration : Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams including remote support.

Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions for data visualization and analytics.

Documentation : Ability to create clear comprehensive documentation and training materials . For internal and external.

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor junior team members in Pune ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices.

Design and architect scalable Tableau dashboards and data solutions.

Optimize Tableau environments for efficiency scalability and performance.

Train junior staff in data visualization best practices including hands-on workshops and one-on-one mentorship sessions.
