We are currently seeking a Senior Reliability Consultant to join our Honeywell Connected Industrials team in our Pune office. Reporting to the Global Reliability Leader your focus will be to help customers to improve the reliability availability and performance of systems assets and processes. You will combine your expertise in reliability engineering data analysis risk assessment and maintenance optimisation to provide customer organisations with strategies and solutions that optimize reliability reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.

Senior Reliability Consultant Key Responsibilities :

• Reliability Assessments : Conducting comprehensive assessments of systems processes or assets to identify areas for improvement. Analysing historical data conduct interviews review maintenance practices and evaluate failure modes and effects to determine the reliability and performance gaps
• Reliability Improvement Strategies : Based on the assessments and risk analysis develop strategies and recommendations to improve the reliability and performance of assets or systems. Suggest changes in practices implementation of condition monitoring techniques or adoption of reliability engineering principles
• Reliability solutions program development : Based on knowledge of the customers as-is situation position digital solutions such as IIOT solutions Predictive Maintenance Asset Health Monitoring leveraging Honeywell or 3

party software solutions to help customers reduce unplanned downtime improve equipment performance.

Senior Reliability Consultant

We have an opportunity for a Senior Reliability Consultant to join our Honeywell Connected Industrials team in Bracknell where your focus will be to help customers to improve the reliability availability and performance of systems assets and processes. This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model with around 75% travel within Europe.
