Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using various online channels and job portals
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
• Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date
• Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
