The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the entire sales function for the SID Group of Companies, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Oversee sales operations for all ongoing and upcoming projects
- Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets for Associates.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the CRM, marketing, and project teams for smooth coordination from lead generation to deal closure.
- Review and approve sales documents, agreements, and customer communication.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Education : MBA in MarketingExperience : Minimum 6-8 years of experience in real estate sales , including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, RERA compliance, and customer handling.Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.Key Skills :
