Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Oracle practice, including project delivery, team management, and client engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Oracle practice and expand service offerings.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and support of Oracle solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored Oracle solutions. ? Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and trends, and incorporate them into practice offerings.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
