Job descriptionPractical Mapping Tools kills : Hands-on experience with mapping and cartography techniques & tools, including data processing and analysis. Ability to manage mapping and cartography projects from conception through completion. Technical Expertise : Basic understanding of GIS software and hardware integration with autonomous systems. Ability to navigate and interpret mapping data and scenes. Project Management : Experience in managing GIS-specific projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within the AV or GIS domains. Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget at desired quality. Manages multiple competing priorities simultaneously & comfortable in ambiguity and constantly evolving environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis. Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans. Proven experience in change management, including the ability to manage change requests and ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. Passionate about technology and keeps abreast with latest developments. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated to deliver quality results in a timely manner. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Sheets. Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. Native speaker of the local language at the center. International onsite exposure at client office preferred.
Role / Designation : Project Manager.
Years of Experience : 7-10 years of relevant experience in Client Facing role in IT Services; Preferably leading AI Data Annotation Teams.
Education Qualifications : Engineering Degree / Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree.
Certifications : PMP or Prince 2 certification or Any other industry recognized Project Management Certification (Any One).
Other requirements : Ability to travel between iMerit offices up to 25%.
Location : Metiabruz , Kolkata .
