Project Manager - IT Project Delivery

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in software project delivery and a minimum of 2 years in a formal project management role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing AI-related projects, along with strong expertise in resource planning, vendor / procurement coordination, and stakeholder management.

This is a strategic role requiring a proactive leader who can drive complex software initiatives to success by balancing time, cost, and quality while managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects, with a focus on timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
• Lead AI-related initiatives, ensuring close coordination between data science, engineering, and business teams.
• Oversee project governance, reporting, risk / issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project resources effectively, including task allocation, workload balancing, and capacity forecasting.
• Handle vendor interactions and procurement processes, ensuring timely onboarding of tools, services, or third-party consultants.
• Monitor and track KPIs and SLAs, escalating issues as needed to keep the project on track.
• Drive agile and / or waterfall project delivery methodologies as per business and project needs.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, change logs, and communication plans.
• Lead project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
