Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating conversations, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to our pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Initiate outbound communication through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Understand and qualify leads by assessing their needs and alignment with our products / services.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine and improve lead generation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to uncover new business prospects.
- Achieve or exceed performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, and outreach goals.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or outbound lead gen platforms is advantageous.What We Offer :
