Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior-level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience for the International Voice Process role at our Malad, Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring excellent English communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling voice-based interactions on an international scale.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a BPO environment, showcasing expertise in handling voice-based processes.
- Proficiency in international voice process, familiar with the nuances and protocols of global communication standards.
- Experience in semi voice operations, balancing written and spoken communication tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in an international BPO setting, demonstrating capability in addressing diverse customer inquiries.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with international clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction on a global scale.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, adapting to the dynamic nature of voice-based service environments.
- Must-have skills in BPO (Mandatory skill), underscoring essential experience in the business process outsourcing domain.
Roles and Responsibilities
