Reports to : Sales Manager – GEM Team

Department : Outbound Sales | Full-Time | On-Site

Shift Timing : Night Shift (9 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM IST)

About the Role :

We are looking for passionate and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our GEM (Give Every Month) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential donors, educating them about our monthly donation subscription program, and encouraging long-term giving to support medical causes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Conversion :

• Make outbound calls to potential donors using provided lead data.
• Effectively communicate the impact of monthly donations via the GEM program.
• Persuade and convert leads into regular monthly contributors.
