Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Executive based in Pune. As a Visa Executive, the responsibilities include guiding clients through the visa application process, handling documentation, coordinating with embassies and consulates, and ensuring compliance with updated visa regulations. The role entails maintaining proper communication, streamlining attestation and apostille services, and addressing client queries professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Expertise in visa application processes, document verification, and coordination with embassies
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle large volumes of documents
• Familiarity with attestation and apostille processes
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and communication
• Experience in the visa or travel service industry is a plus
