Legal Manager

HouseEazy is a fast-growing prop-tech startup revolutionizing secondary residential real estate transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Manager who will play a key role in ensuring robust legal processes, property documentation, and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 professionals handling property documentation, verification, and legal opinions.
• Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal company policies in documentation and transaction management.
• Coordinate and execute customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external counsel.
• Liaise with registrar offices in Noida & Ghaziabad to streamline and expedite registration processes.
• Draft, review, and implement standard templates for contracts, agreements, and MOUs to ensure uniformity across company transactions.
• Provide clear and timely legal opinions on property transactions and related matters.
• Maintain all statutory records and registers in line with legal requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving legal implications impacting the real estate sector.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address legal queries, support business goals, and mitigate risks.
