Structural Design Engineer

Minimum Exp 11 to 18 year s of structural design experience post-Master's or equivalent.

• Proven experience in leading design teams and delivering large-scale civil projects.
• Exposure to various structural types (concrete / steel) across sectors like residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, airports
• Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned structural design professional to lead a small structural design team. The candidate will coordinate with the larger multidisciplinary design team, present design solutions to clients, attend external meetings, and obtain approvals from client engineers. The role involves working on high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings (40+ storeys), with additional exposure to airports, data centers, and institutional buildings. The candidate will be involved from tender stage to final handover.

• Coordinate with the central design team and other disciplines (Architecture, MEP, etc.).
• Present structural designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Attend external meetings and represent the structural design team.
• Obtain design approvals from client engineers and authorities.
• Analyze structural components and configurations.
• Calculate loads, stresses, and strains due to usage and environmental factors.
• Perform dynamic analysis and assess material strength (concrete, steel, brick).
• Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, and design documents.
• Conduct site inspections and assess structural integrity.
• Develop design strategies to enhance safety and efficiency.
