Role Description :
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai India. The candidate will be responsible for driving channel sales growth expanding TFG s partner ecosystem and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit onboard and activate new channel partners while nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct sales and technical workshops to enable partners and drive product adoption.
- Oversee order management resolve issues and fast-track the order booking process.
- Collaborate with HQ and partners to manage credit lines and ensure financial compliance.
- Build capacity and capability within the distribution ecosystem through training and joint business planning.
Requirements
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in distribution sales preferably in IT Infrastructure AV Cybersecurity products.Prior experience working with national distributors or VAD (e.g. Ingram Micro Redington) is a strong plus.Proven ability to create and execute joint business plans with partners.Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.Self-driven with a track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Benefits
